The Outside and the In
Face Claim/PB Robbie Kay
Appearance:
Peter is a teenage boy with an arbitrary age. He is sandy brown hair that's slightly wavy. His eyes are blue, wide and mischievous, fitting in perfectly with his cheeky nature. He's on the skinny side and is about 5'8" when he stands up straight. He has pale skin, bony cheeks and a wicked smile. Peter is incredibly flexible and athletic and so he is in the habit of wearing green tights that make it easier for him to move, as well as a ragged green tunic and belt and his knife, of course, along with his signature hat with a feather in it. In Tenebrae Estates, he sticks to tee shirts and all manner of pants. He has been experimenting for the best substitute to green tights for awhile. He often foregoes the hat, now, but he will don a pork-pie cap, but it's just not the same.
Personality:
Peter is confident and likes to be in charge and the center of attention. He's playful and fun, but if things don't go his way, you'll find him sulking in his room. He's the very image of immaturity (literally) and rarely takes things seriously, especially when he needs to. He's mischievous and causes trouble just because he can. Easily bored, Peter is something who's constantly searching for a challenge of people to mess with.
Going hand-in-hand with his love of attention, Peter is a total ladies' man. A hopeless flirt, he will charm anything that wears a skirt and he loves it when girls fight over him. He's deeply mistrustful of adults and dislikes rules and order and proper table manners and will everything he can to break them and rebel against the norm.
If there is a line that should not be crossed, Peter will make it his business to step all over that line.

Right Up to that Key Moment
History:
Peter has never been able to remember his parents or where he originally came from. All he knows is his home in Neverland, and he considers himself to be the king of Neverland. His earliest memories consist of being found by a sparkling fairy, Tinkerbell. Tinkerbell took him under her wing and he followed her everywhere until he knew everything there was to know about Neverland. He never knew how old he was, but he didn't appear to age beyond his mid-teens, so his actual age was never issue. He didn't know how long he had spent in Neverland, so he decided that he had spent forever there. It wasn't long before he ventured out into the human world, looking into homes and stealing boys from broken homes, or orphans who were out on the streets and wouldn't be missed. He liked to think that he was doing a good thing--giving these children a home, so that was what he believed.
Many years (or was it merely a few hours) before Peter arrived in Neverland (since forever), a pirate crew captained by a man with an outrageous mustache plagued Neverland, looking for gold. Peter thought it was funny to mess with them and he was rewarded with nasty beatings of his Lost Boys. Bent on revenge, Peter spent his days making their lives miserable until the captain narrowly escaped being eaten by a crocodile, who did manage to eat his hand. A fantastic battle ensued and Captain Hook, as he was now called, was proclaimed to be Peter's arch nemesis. Peter was quite okay with this, and went about his daily business.
He was on one of his usual trips into the human world when he lost his shadow, so he chased it all the way to the house of people who were called the Darlings. He accidentally woke a girl, whom he was curious about, for he had only ever brought boys back with him to Neverland. She was helpful and pretty, and she sewed his shadow onto his shoes for him. He liked her so much that he brought her and her brothers back to Neverland with him. Shortly afterwards, they decided the pirates and Captain Hook was eaten by the crocodile, Peter and the Lost Boys took over the ship and they traveled for awhile, then went to Neverland and resumed life as usual, which Peter discovered boring, now that the pirates were gone.
Key Moment: After Peter returns from sailing the skies with the pirate's ship.

A Roleplaying Shift
RP Sample:
Peter was going about his usual whoring ways.
For a man who would never reach legal age, Peter was an enormous flirt. He loved all the ladies of Neverland and they loved him. He was not serious about any of them and merely liked the attention. He especially enjoyed it when there was more than one of them in question and he had to step in and stop them from brawling over him. It felt good to be king of his world, to be on the best of terms with every living creature, now that the bothersome pirates were gone for good. He had to admit, he rather missed the challenge they presented and he was getting bored with his perfect life. He supposed he would have to create some trouble to keep himself interested.
He came twirling down from the sky into Mermaid Lagoon and alighted gracefully next to a mermaid, combing her hair, a much more vibrant shade of red than his was. She gasped in surprised and then giggled at his arrival. Sweeping them all a ridiculously flamboyant bow, Peter replaced his hat on his head and said, [b"Good morning, ladies."[/b] A chorus of giggles followed this announcement and Peter, knowing this would cause discord among the mermaids, grabbed the redhead's hand and kissed the back of it swiftly. She giggled happily again, but the rest bristled. Before the redhead could do anything else, Peter took off flying, but then there was a loud rushing of wind, the colors around him swirled into an indecipherable mess. Peter felt like he was being sucked into something powerful and he shut his eyes tight and thought of happy thoughts so he could fly away, like he always did. He didn't have the chance to find out if it worked or not, for moments later, he was lying on his stomach on the grass. He jumped to his feet and ran five steps before he realized he wasn't in Neverland anymore.
He came to a stand-still and looked around. It was a strange, orderly place. Not London, of course (London was anything but orderly). He shrugged and decided to do some exploring.
He walked up to one of the big, square houses, but he was stopped by a grown-up in a lab coat.
"Hello!" Peter said, cheerfully, before going on to state the obvious. "You're a grown-up!"
"Are you okay?" The man inquired, taking a step towards Peter, which he didn't like. Peter didn't like to get too close to grown-ups.
"Right as the day I was born, which I don't remember, but that's not the point."
The man scrawled something on a clipboard with his pen. Peter didn't like clipboards; they were much too official and grown-up-like. He liked pens, though. You could draw on anything with them!
"What is your name?" Lab-Coat Man continued.
"Peter!" Peter chipped.
"Good, Peter, do you have a last name?"
Peter's eyes narrowed. This man had just asked one question too many and Peter didn't trust grown-up's when they started in on the crucial identifying information.
"Maaayyybbeee..." He said, stretching the word out into a whine. "Do you?"
The grown-up sighed and shifted his clipboard under his arm.
"Come with me, Peter, I have some things you should see."
Peter narrowed his eyes, but his curiosity got the better of him. He didn't trust this grown-up, but as long as he stayed under the open skies, he could always just fly away if things took a turn for the worst, right?
