Appearance: Fumio is the lighter, not scrawnier, brother. He stands with a presence of intelligence and thoughtfulness. A little taller than the others, he has a noticeable gap in his front teeth. He is commonly seen with a 6 foot bo staff. When he shifted, he grew a full head of hair of messy black hair. His eyes remained a dark brown. While his voice remained the same, his signing voice dramatically improved, even if he doesn't recognize this. While the brothers sport similar gear in the means of a bandana over their eyes, his is purple, and elbow and knee pads. He has a back strap that is only shared with the Blue brother. Like his orange brother, he has pouches on his waist belt where he stores most of his techno goodies. His clothing style of choice is button up shirts and denim pants. He will occasionally sport a t-shirt hat combo, but only when he is working on machinery.
Personality: In one word, Fumio is a nerd. He is possibly the weakest fighter in his family, but he is the most intelligent. With a genius level intellect and a knack for electronics, machinery, and sciences, there is almost nothing he can't build from scrap. On the battle field he was excellent with devising strategies and finding the weak points of their enemies. Pacifistic primarily, he loathes fighting unnecessarily. Perhaps it is that dislike that makes him falter in training. He does tend to talk a lot to explain things and is rarely at a loss for words. He also has a signature short fuse that is often triggered by the youngest brother. He also tends to trigger Fumio's OCD more than anyone else.
He rarely fights with his oldest brother. Teasing, of course, but they never come to blows. He does get stressed out by their "leader" when he does something without waiting for him to see if it was safe. He feels they worry too much about each other and have a best freind, brother relationship. His second oldest brother is his antithesis in intelligence and often tease each other about it. The youngest brother gets on his nerves the most and is the primary reason things blow up around him. If they aren't chasing him, they are grabbing Fumio' s head. Their father is an excellent teacher in the ways of the ninja, but Fumio just doesn't seem to grasp his lessons.

History:
Seventeen years ago, their father, Hamato Yoshi, bought him and his brothers as pets after losing his wife and daughter. On his way home, he was caught in a battle against Men in suits. During the conflict, he came into contact with a rat, the men dropped a mysterious ooze, and the turtles fell into it mutating all five of them into their states in their world. Over the years, Yoshi, known as Splinter, raised and trained them as ninjas.
Years later, the turtles were allowed to finally go upon the surface of the city and see what was there. While on the surface, they encountered the Kraang and the most beautiful girl he had ever seen. Leading his brothers heroically, he leapt into battle and dispatched the aliens with ease. At least that's how he remembered everything. Ever since then, it seemed like every week they were up against mutants or ninjas who wanted to kill them. They seemed to have a fondness for chasing his younger brother and grabbing Fumio by the face and shaking him, even when others were closer.
Unlike his brothers, he never made any real enemies and had an easier time relating to the few humans they met. After finding out about his eldest brothers love for an enemy kunoichi, while personally hating her guts, he understood how he felt for her. Though he was the last person told about it all.
Key Moment: In episode 20, when the Kraang Ship zaps the Shell raiser in the dead end.

A Roleplaying Shift
RP Sample:
Fumio woke up in the end of an office hallway. Head a bit groggy. That last blast must have really knocked him for a loop. As she put his hand in front of his face to orient himself, what he saw shocked him a bit. Five fingers instead of his normal three. This caused him to yell and fall back onto his shell. But now his shell is missing. What did those brains do? He still had his gear on him, but he seemed to be further mutated and teleported.
And that's when it happened. Before he could fully an properly freak out about his new nude anatomy, two men in suits walk up to him. "Welcome. We are members to the Tenebrae Staff. Please come with us." That phrase. HE heard it before...one of his friends said it came from the aliens in the suits. Oh no. These must be them. Grabbing his bo staff, he assumed his battle stance. This brought the two men to a halt and defensive posture.
The former turtle leapt off the wall and right at them. "Booyakasha!" The ensuing violence is hiding by the office wall, but the sound of battle were definitly heard as more staff arrived on the scene to join in. Later in an office, The turtle was just wearing a blue jumpsuit and a belt. The two suits from before looked a little bruised. While they looked him over, he just gave a chuckle about the entire misunderstanding.
"Fumio is it? You seem to be a teenager, so we need you to take a test so we can appropriately place you in school." While he remembered his history, he could seem to grasp names. The only one he had was Hamato Yoshi, his father. He gave the name Fumio, meaning scholarly child and Yoshi as it seemed that it would be easier for others to spell. The suit sitting behind the desk slid some papers to the teen and a pencil. Standing up, he walked over to his partner and took a deep sigh. "This might take a while. Can you grab an ice pack and some coffee while you are out?" Just as the partner left, Fumio set the pencil down and announced he was finished.
"You know, number 27 was a bit tricky. At first I thought it was a problem that would take the Bernoulli equation and apply it to a football, but then i realized you were just looking for the answer based on geometry since the multiple choice answers were all in whole numbers." The suit set the paper down and just eyed him over.
"Alright no school for you. I think the city can use your talents elsewhere" He set the box of effects Fumio had before. "We need a handyman around town, think you might enjoy that?"
Fumio jumped up and nodded. "Definitely." Stopping as he reached for his stuff, he looked back up to the suit. "Will I need to take everything?"
This was a first for the suit, usually the shifted held onto everything from their past lives even if they forgot them. "No, you are fee to take or leave anything you want." Hearing this, he reached into the box, taking just the purple bandana and t-pod with him, leaving all the ninja weapons behind. He remembered things. But everyone he ever met was a shadow. Right now he knew that this world, was a world where he could live peacefully. He was never going to fight again.
