"Hmm, well, it looks like the sproingle's been unwound," muttered a frizzy haired woman. She was walking around the Haunted House, dusting her hands and staring up at it. The look clearly communicated that the woman knew exactly what she was doing there and that she knew exactly what must be done. She walked around the place as though it were her territory or, perhaps to be more accurate, as though she walked through places like this, and places much, much stranger, on a nearly daily basis. Once she'd sufficiently dusted her hair, the woman cupped her chin, rubbing it as she puzzled over things.
They'd sent her to fix the Haunted House, though things there were being... off. "Really, they should just let the people in and fix things!" the woman said to herself. She was not one to whisper, and she wasn't doing so now. "After all, they're not going to learn unless they get in there! It's like I always say: take chances, make mistakes, get messy!" There was another confident nod. The woman firmly believed in educating others and helping them to come to their own conclusions, not to mention doing things themselves. Of course, in her relatively limited experience, the woman had found that Tenebrae was not great in enabling its residents to do much. The staff and the Estates seemed to be perfectly fine with letting the people do what they wanted, but not so great at actually helping. No, that was where people like the woman came in.
"Well, I just need to find a few helpful citizens who are willing to get right in there!" the woman said. She nodded confidently and turned, looking for those that might be interested in, well, taking chances, making mistakes, and getting messy.
