[Alfred Jones]

If you're in a room with Alfred, regardless of how crowded said room is, it's very likely that you'll notice him at some point. Even though he's been around for over 400 years, he acts more his physical age of nineteen than his actual age. This is both good and bad, for obvious reasons.

FRIENDS	ENEMIES	LOVERS
▇ For friends, he has no problem talking to people, so it shouldn't be too hard for him to make friends on the outset. Closer friends, of course, will have to be willing to put up with some of his more obnoxious qualities. He is extremely loyal to his friends, always willing to help them in their time of need, but will sometimes poke his nose in to help when it's not needed, resulting in frequent annoyances. That said, he's always willing to have a little bit of fun, and he usually has his heart in the right place, he just doesn't always do the best job of showing it.	▇ Which brings us to enemies. As little as Alfred wants to admit it, he's pretty good at making these too. It's no surprise that a lot of people (and nations) just can't put up with his antics. He likes to think he's loved by almost everyone, but he knows better, and it bothers him. That said, don't expect him to show it in the normal way. He's not about to go moping in a corner, not in front of anyone...nah, instead he'll probably just goad you on. That said, Alfred is not free from starting the chain either - If he sees you as a 'threat to democracy', you'll likely fall into this category as well.	▇ Finally, we reach lovers. Anyone can fall into this category Most of his romances will likely be flings or short term relationships. He wouldn't mind a long term relationship, but whoever he lands in a relationship with has to be someone willing to put up with his flighty nature and his need for his own space. If he starts to feel smothered or stuck, he'll freak.

The characters I have are Fluttershy Woods, Shock Devlin, Gaston LeGume and Zuko Huoshan. Not sure what we could do with them yet, but I'll throw them out there for possible future plotting. X)

I would still like to put Rainbow Dash and Alfred in a room together. We could even do that at the dance, if you were interested, and if it goes well there maybe play off another thread later.

Helena teaches government at the school, hangs around the library, and haunts bars that look shady. She could run into Alfred at any time and react differently depending on the circumstance. They probably won't be close friends, but they might be enemies (unless they both find out about what Laharl has been doing to the countries, which would force them to become allies).

Iroh gives advice. If you ever want it, you can track him down, but it may be a meeting that needs to happen later.

Alfred and Rainbow - Very much agreed...though I feel like everyone who ends up in a room with them is going to end up deaf before the day ends, lol. Part of me wants to have them meet at the dance, while another part wants to do it somewhere else, since their meeting would probably be pretty limited at the dance. But then again, if we just want to see how they might get along, that may be for the best... -Ponders-

Alfred and Helena - What Laharl has been doing  to the countries? You got me curious now. Anyway, it sounds like how they get along largely depends on how their first meeting goes and the circumstances that take place afterward, so...I suppose we'll see how it pans out with these two?

Alfred and Iroh - He might ask for advice later on, he might now. That's another one we'll have to see on, I suppose.

Alfred and Fluttershy - That one might be interesting. I think Fluttershy would remind him a bit of his brother, who also has a tendency toward being shy and can have an explosive temper during the rare times that he is pushed that far (in canon, he went off on Alfred for three hours, driving Alfred to tears). So...long story short, I could definitely see the two of them meeting, and I think Alfred would probably get along pretty well with her - if he can get her to talk to him, of course. There's no need to worry with him, he'll strike up a conversation with just about anyone.

Alfred and Shock - I'm not actually sure on this one. Probably depends on first impressions.

Alfred and Gaston - (His last name makes me laugh every time I see it. XD) I don't know. I don't really think they'd get along, but if you see something that suggests anything else, feel free to let me know.

Alfred and Zuko - This one I'm not sure on either, though from reading his app, I get the idea that if they do meet it's going to turn into some heated competition over something, because they both seem extremely competitive.

I'd offer up some plottage, but we do already have a thread going. It does remind me that I'm one of those that actually encountered Alfred the first time around. That would be the reason I'm posting here, as Marceline, to do some quick checking. Marcy and Alf had met a few times already; she knows him and they're sort of friends (she teases him; she played at his birthday party; they both discussed the idea of skipping out on a check). So I'm not sure how you wanna roll with that for the thread they've already got going. She's likely going to recognize him unless we decide to pull something, so... yeah.

Kori's also ran into Alfred before. She was in a bikini at the time, and they ended up talking about superheros (which led the then forgetful Alf to conclude that he was a superhero). So again: not sure how you wanted to handle those bits.

That's a good question. Do we want to play them meeting up already as if it already happened in the past and it's all one history, or do we want to consider this to be a new Alfred entirely with an entirely new meeting? I'm cool with it either way, and I'm willing to do whatever's easier for you. This Alfred has more of his memory than the previous Alfred, so if we go with the idea that they've already met with Penny's Alfred and go on after that, it could just be that he's gained some of his memory back since that incident.

And, as you can guess, I suppose the same thing could be said for Kori and Al. XD

Well, not to be difficult, but it's actually more whatever's easiest for you. It would be easy enough to dismiss Kori and Alfred meeting; they're both forgetful enough to not even really remember it (it wasn't that major of a thread). Marceline's prolly gonna recognize Alfred though, since it's the same rep and person and all. So it's sort of your call whether you want to have him remember what happened and they're friends or if you want this to be a new meeting, either with him having forgotten his memory or being an entirely new version of himself. It's gonna be about the same for me either way.

Well, ya know. I like to make things difficult. =P

But no, really, it just seems like they'd be a good mix, so I hopped on it when I saw it was open, lol. Clearly I'm not the only one who felt that way about Al and Marcy. XD

I'm cool with having them already be friends, and I can edit my post a bit. Not too much different than what it was (the dialogue and approaching and all that crap would be the same), but instead of being 'that random girl' he's approaching, it'll be someone he already knows. (And I'm think starting over fresh with Kori and Al would be the best option for them. Just...looking, Al and Marcy already have a lot of history, and I don't think we should lose that.)
