Hello, fellow RPG manager. We would be happy to join forces in helping you find members, as well as we would love it if you became our allied too. There are a few rules, however, for us to join forces.
1.Active sites. We understand that a new site doesn't exactly have hundreds of members. However, we would like it if said sites, in the case the request came from a new site, had some activity going, at least from staff. In the case of older sites, as long as there are posts in a weekly manner then it's considered active.
2.Header, footer and/or side bar only. Your button will be shown at the sidebar. That means you'll be shown in every single page any member sees. We don't demand the same thing, but at least have our button appear somewhere it will be seen. So no affiliate pages allowed.
3.Respect the button standard size. This means we can only add buttons that are size 88x31px. This is so it doesn't mess up the other buttons arrangements in the sidebar.
4.Be communicative. We want to be allies, so we'll try to contact the person who asks for the affiliation. Just be sure we can send you a PM, an e-mail or even be able to post in your site's cbox, if you have one.
5.Have our button be noticeable. This means that if we feel our button is lost on your site, may that be because it's lost among other affiliates, is in a marquee that's too full and fast for people to see, or any other reason, we won't want to affiliate, since it'll bring nothing to us.
