Appearance: Icy carries herself like a queen. She has a tall, slender build and long legs that she loves to show off. Her hair is platinum blonde, and usually kept in a high pony-tail or bun. On rare occasions like a party will she wear her hair out. Her make-up always consists of dark blue eyeshadow and lots of eyeliner to contrast her pale blue eyes.
She has a high sense of fashion, and always wears various shades of blue. She prefers skirts and shorts, with the occasional pair of skinny jeans. Heels are a must for every outfit, and it seems like her closet has a pair for every occasion.
Personality: She is just as her name implies: cold, rude, and downright nasty. She loves to act cruel for the sake of being cruel, and sees herself higher than everyone else. If things don't go her way, her temper explodes. She constantly ridicules people she does not approve of and calls them names. She even ridicules her “sisters”, Darcy and Stormy.
Icy is strangely attracted to evil men with a lot of power. Sometimes it doesn't even matter if he looks like a monster, in the case of Tritannus. She always sides with them as second-in-command, all in the name of gaining more power. She even goes so far as to ignore her sisters, who have tirelessly helped and supported her through tough times.

Right Up to that Key Moment
History:
Icy and her sisters had always been cruel and evil. So much so that the girls were expelled from their boarding school. Icy despised the Winx ever since she first tried to steal Bloom's power. When that had failed, it planted the seeds of hatred for the fairies. The Trix, which was the name for their group, had launched a subsequent attack on the fairies' school, Alfea, along with Cloud Tower for kicking them out, and Red Fountain.
When that, too, had failed, Icy and the Trix joined forces with 4 different villains over the course of her time in her dimension. Each time they were defeated and imprisoned. And each time they always escaped. The most recent occurred in Andros, an underwater kingdom. She and her sisters escaped the dungeons with the help of Tritannus. Icy starts to fall for him, and the Trix join him in his quest to rule the Infinite Ocean.
Key Moment: The Trix and Tritannus had just stolen the seal from the Pillar of Balance. After Tritannus had installed it into the Emperor's Throne and was drained of his power, Icy mysteriously disappeared in front of their eyes.

A Roleplaying Shift
RP Sample:
Icy felt the warm sun and soft grass on her body, which was wrong. She was supposed to be with Tritannus in the Infinite Ocean! Springing up, she noticed that she was in a small park. “Tritannus? Tritannus!?” she yelled, desperately looking for him. Not one thought was on her sisters.
“Excuse me, miss?” Icy turned around and balled her fists up, ready to charge a spell. But she could not feel her magic. She stared blankly at her hands, wondering what was going on. “Miss?” The witch looked up to glare at the suited man in front of her. A few feet away were two more men.
“What do you want?” she asked rudely.
“We only want to help you. If you would come with us, we will explain.” He offered a hand for her to shake, but Icy grimaced.
“Why would I go with you?”
“Because you know it's the only way to get answers.” He did have a point. Icy thought what kind of magic was being used to suppress her own, and how powerful it would be. That brought a grin to her lips. If she could get these men to spit it out, she could possibly use it to get back to the Infinite Ocean before she is missed.
“Alright then.” She walked pass the man without another look. The two other men turned and began leading her away.
