The Outside and the In
Face Claim/PB
Imogen Poots
Appearance: Lottie is a petite, yet shapely girl with a pretty face. She is extremely feminine and takes pride in that fact. Not a strand of her luxurious blonde hair is ever out of place. She is very contentious about her appearance and the clothes she wares, taking great care to always be in style and compliment her features. Light pastel colors and pinks are her favorite, but she'll wear darker and more bold colors and accessories if she's going out for the evening.
Personality:
She is the essence of a flamboyant southern belle. Ever since early childhood, Charlotte has been doted on and given everything she wanted, and thus gained a very spoiled and superficial personality, but though she can be self-centered, the lovely debutante is generous and is by no means selfish. She has always dreamed of marrying a prince and living a storybook life, thus would wear beautiful princess dresses as a little girl, made for her by Eudora, the finest seamstress in New Orleans. She was taught at an early age the importance of being ladylike and hospitable in order to find her prince who will adore her and care for her.
She's a ditzy, implusive diva filled with spunk and flare. She shows no ill will to those less fortunate than her, nor jealously to those who have things she doesn’t. She simply has little understanding of others’ points of view. She’s certainly the kind of girl who would rather go out on the town every weekend with her girlfriends than pinch and save at a nine to five job.

Right Up to that Key Moment
History:
Lottie is the beautiful daughter of the wealthy businessman, Eli “Big Daddy” LaBoeuf. As a child he gave her everything she wanted, and she was fascinated with fairy tales and princesses. She loved to look like a princess, and her father paid for her dresses to be made by Eudora, and this was how she met her closest friend, Tiana. Eudora would read the girls fairy tales every evening as she worked, and Lottie became enthralled.
When she reached adulthood and was ready to throw her debutante ball, she was ecstatic to learn that a handsome foreign prince would be in attendance. It was exactly what she wanted, and she had it all planned out. She would marry her prince and live happily ever after, continuing to get everything she wanted for the rest of her life. But that wasn’t what happened. Prince Naveen and Tiana were put under a spell and ended up falling in love in their quest to undo it. Lottie didn’t get proposed to by a prince that night. But she helped her friend anyway, knowing that her day would soon come.
Key Moment:
Soon after Tiana and Naveen married and started their restaurant, Lottie was growing restless about finding her own husband. But no sooner had she begun to renew her search with increased effort, planning on night out in the quarter with her girls, than she suddenly found herself standing in the middle of a narrow, unknown street. She could remember bits and pieces of what her life had been like in New Orleans, but not the individual people in it or events that occcured.

A Roleplaying Shift
RP Sample:
For a moment, everything was utterly blank. The lithe, blonde girl blinked and blinked at the narrow, unfamiliar street before her, but nothing came to her. She didn’t know these shops or cafes, and no one seemed to be around. She took a moment to examine herself, but nothing familiar caught her attention. She was clad in a simple, light pink strapless dress with a shawl tied around her slender shoulders, her fair hair curled over her shoulders and pushed back with bobby pins.
She took a few, tentative steps forward, hoping something would come back to her. As her blue eyes fell upon the nearest café, a vision flooded before her of the busy Café du Monde. Waitresses bringing endless cups of café au lait and plates of warm beignets, relaxed laughter and chatter filling the balmy evening air. New Orleans. Yes, she remembered. But who was she? Where was New Orleans?
“There you are, Lottie!,” called a pleasant female voice from behind her, making her jump slightly before she turned to see a plump woman in a black suit walking towards her.
“Charlotte LeBoeuf, I hope you’re doing well,” the woman added.
“Y-yes, I sure am,” stammered the girl, “But where on earth am I? Who are you?”
“Don’t you worry about that,” the woman reproached with a smile, “We’ll take care of you, no worries. You come with me and we’ll answer all your questions.” It certainly went against Lottie’s better judgment than to just follow someone in a strange place, but the woman did seem to know who she was. There didn’t seem to be any other option for her than to oblige.
