Character:
Stephen's ambitions for power almost always get the better of him. He believes he is entitled to glory, however, can be naïve and childish in his actions. Quite despicable, he frequently complains when things don't go his way, and when they do, he always has stinging sarcasm and gloating speeches. He is well known for being a traitor, and backstabbing whoever he needs in order to get what he wants. While apparently without morals or honor, there have been short moments were he implied he might have been a decent enough 'con - before mistreatment by his leader, Megatron. But most think he's too far gone to become "good" - regardless of if it's by nature or by conditioning. Currently, he's firmly set in his tactics of deceit and evildoing. He's VERY adamant in using his original name and frequently announces himself as "Starscream, leader of the Decepticons."

Friends:
Steph sees friendship as unnecessary. If even most alliances turn bad on him, why should he commit to friendship? Tyrants don't need friends. However, he hasn't always thought that way. He doesn't much like to be reminded of his former relationship with Skyfire - it didn't end well.
He will have a very difficult time understanding WHY anyone would want to be his friend in the first place. Apparently, though, he warms up to some.

Enemies:
If you value your sanity, you don't want Steph seeing you as an enemy. He'll mercilessly harass and annoy anyone who he feels threatens him, and will throw you out of the Astrotrian the first chance he gets.
He greatly dislikes anyone who reminds him of Megatron or gets in the way of his ambition.

Plot:
Steph is not a happy camper about his current situation. He hates being a gross "fleshling" and is having a very difficult time understanding his new needs (namely, breathing). He will find it easy to relate to anyone else who's lost great power, especially the ability to fly (which he finds most humiliating). Among strangers, he fond of calling himself "Starscream" and letting everyone know of his life before shifting. What his true goal is to regain his old body, and go back home to Cybertron...if he happens to do a little mischief-making on the way remains to be seen.

[Twilight Sparkle]

We already sorta talked about it in the cbox, but boy, do I has plot for you!

First, there's Twilight, who's the resident expert on Shifting and such (she even sort of works for the suits as a greeter, so there's that). She's currently running CAUS, which stands for Characters Against Unwanted Shifting. It's pretty much the major group of people that are trying to figure out a way out of the Estates as quickly as possible. The group's already working on a few things, and they're likely gonna be tied to the overarching plot.

There's also Laharl, who's an ex Demon Overlord and probably one of the most frustrated people about Shifting in the entirety of the Estates. He's taken to kidnapping various characters lately, namely the ones from the Hetalia canon who are actually the embodiment of countries. he thinks this makes him conqueror of Finland and Liechtenstein. So there's a possibility for Stephen to hook up and get involved in some mischief there.

I've also got Kori (Starfire), the super friendly alien girl; Hiro (Leonardo), the slightly amnesiac, asocial ninja; and Marceline, a laid back rocker chick who loves it here. I offer them if you're interested, but I can't think of any more solid plots for them, unfortunately (they do all have open threads though).

Steph's definitely going to want to be involved in anything with the possibility of getting him back to Cybertron. It probably should be noted that he doesn't believe he's in another universe and is quite sure he's just stuck on the Earth in his own universe as a human. Much convincing otherwise might be needed. And he'll probably instantly start looking to gain a high rank within CAUS - because that's just how he rolls. I actually think he'd respect Twi a little for her interest in furthering knowledge.

I also like the possibility of him working the good and evil sides at the same time. But, knowing him, he'd probably try dictating Laharl's actions - so I'm not sure how well that would actually turn out XP

That could definitely be an interesting conversation between Twilight and Stephen then. I don't think anyone's even mentioned the idea of this just being some other corner of a new area. It's like I said though, if you're looking to get Stephen some background knowledge to hit the ground running, then talking to Twilight's a good place to start.

Well, Harlie's actually the type to try and force someone to be his second. He actually appreciates someone who attempts to backstab and do what's needed to get the job done. It's definitely up to how you wanna play it, but it'll give you a chance to get Stephen to do something potentially really mean/evil (especially if he's rougher to the Hetalia captives than Harlie).

As for meeting other villains, I think I'll give that a short wait until he gets a better grip on his situation.

Hey, I'm Emily and I play Pascal here. I was thinking that maybe Steph and Pascal could have a thread because they're roommates. I thought it might be interesting because Pascal hasn't lived with anyone who wasn't a girl and there's a good chance that Steph would intimidate him. Let me know if you're interested!
