Appearance: Katsu has a bad boy image which he tries to maintain. He also has a mouth on him that gets into trouble more often than not. Thus he basically dresses like a bad boy. Deep down he has a heart of gold. He wears mainly leather, a red bandana and some pads on his knees and elbows. He carries two sai along with him on his sides instead of his back hidden within his jacket so he doesn’t get caught carry them all the time. This is what he had on him the time he shifted. He however holds himself in a position as a bad dude and won’t be taken down by just anyone. His strides are long and almost always full of anger.
Personality:
Katsu has a big attitude problem. He has always been known to start fights even when they are unnecessary. He has a wicked tongue on him that always seems to get him into some sort of trouble. But he loves the thrill of a fight and the adrenaline rush it gives him. Although he is known to have this bad boy image, Katsu still has a heart of gold. He cares about certain people even if he doesn’t show it. He rarely shows the kindness in himself but when he does some people make fun of him for it or they are more shocked than anything.
Katsu has a pet turtle named Spike who talks to when he needs to let himself calm down. He can calm down but it does take him sometime and he doesn’t let others see this side of him if hardly ever. Even though he has anger issues and a bad boy image, he also has a phobia. Katsu is deathly afraid of cockroaches and will freak out when he sees one.
Katsu knows that he has brothers but he doesn’t know what they look like and he does also know that he has a father but like his brothers he doesn’t know where to find them. Katsu knows very little about what happened and even he isn’t sure if it’s a dream or not.

History:
Katsu was born when a canister of mutagen landed into the hands of his father known as Hamato Yoshi. Katsu once formally known as Raphael was effected by the mutagen along with his three other brothers. They transformed into mutant turtles. Hamato, too had been transformed into a rat as he had been bitten by one. Hamato now known as Splinter took in the four baby turtles as his sons. He gave them each a name, naming them after four famous artists. There was Leonardo, Donatello, Michelangelo, and Raphael. Leonardo was the one who thought of himself as a leader even before becoming one. Donatello was the one with the brains. Michelangelo was the partier and then there was Raphael who was the one with the temper. Splinter taught each and every one of his sons discipline , kindness and love. He also taught them of the ways of the ninja so they could defend themselves one day. Yet Hamato Yoshi never wanted his sons to reach the surface knowing how bad it was when he was human.
As they grew up however Katsu wanted to go up to the surface and see what it was like along with his brothers. Finally when they hit their teenage years, they begged for permission get up to the surface not wanting to be stuck in a sewer forever. Once they got up to the surface Katsu along with his brothers swore to help others who were in need. That night that they went to the surface they found out the Karrang were behind the mutagen. This was also the same night that they saved a girl named April O’Neil while her father wasn’t so lucky. Mr. O’Neil was captured by the Karrang which Donatello promised April that they would find him. Katsu thought that it was funny that Donnie liked April a little too much.
Even though Katsu has an attitude more so than not that gets him into trouble, he always helped those that were in dire need. He fought often with everyone even his brothers. Michelangelo made him angry when playing around when it was time to get serious and fight off aliens, The Foot and other such beings like Dogpound and Fishface. He also got into fights with Leonardo considering he was always telling Katsu what to do and he disliked it. Katsu didn’t like the fact that Splinter named Leo the leader of him and his other brothers. He thought he could do better than his brother. In fact, the one day that he tried to be leader he failed miserably and needed his brother to help him out and his other brothers. Katsu then apologized to Leo which when he did he yelled it right at Leo telling him that he was sorry.
Then one night Katsu found out that Leo had been keeping a secret from him. Leo was being friendly to a female Foot member and Katsu did not like it, not one little bit. Katsu had been so angry with him that he forced Leo to finally let him know that he had been friendly with Karai . When he saw that Leo was showing off in front of Karai he called Leo out on it.
Another night, Donatello made a cockroach spy and this really freaked Katsu out. Katsu in fact went so far as to scream and try to kill it. This made all his brothers laugh at him. They thought it was funny that they teased him especially Mikey. When the cockroach mutated into a huge one, Katsu freaked out even more knowing that his phobia had just gotten worse. While the brothers were fighting the cockroach they found out why it was only targeting Katsu. It was because Katsu had tried killing it and when the night was over Katsu finally overcame his fear and defeated the cockroach. At least Katsu thought that he was over his fear but he wasn’t. Mikey was the one to prove this point saying that he had put a cockroach down Katsu’s shell and Katsu screamed.
After a time Karai wanted to help the turtles fight the Karrang who were reluctant at first although Leo had in his gut a feeling that she was going to help them. This was not what Katsu liked to hear and he kept on telling Leonardo that this was a bad idea and they needed to figure out how to fight the Karrang by themselves. Once they were trying to finalize their plan with Karai, Katsu noticed something or actually someone was missing from their group. Their leader Leonardo had disappeared. After he noticed this Katsu ran off to try and find Leo that was when he too disappeared and shifted…. Katsu only gets brief glimpses of his past but knows that his brothers are out there somewhere.
Key Moment: Katsu was shifted right after trying to search for his brother during episode 20. He doesn't really trust Karai still.

RP Sample:
Katsu woke up in a daze slightly he wasn’t sure what was going on. All he knew was that he was really confused as to where he was. Looking up he saw that he was in a train car of some kind and he groaned a little as he tried to stand. “Where am I?” he asked out loud to no one in particular hoping that if someone was around that they would be able to hear him. “Welcome Mr. Katsu Yoshi we have been expecting you. “ The man in the suit replied as he watched Katsu. Katsu was slightly confused as he was welcomed to where he didn’t quite know where he was. Looking up at the man he winced a little bit as he then stood slowly the man held out clothes to the teen and smiled at him. “ You may want to get dressed.”
Katsu shook his head slightly. “ Ummm thanks….” He said politely even though his tone of voice wasn’t all that sure what was going on. He looked at his sides and found out that he had a belt around his waist that held two sai . He looked a little shocked. Why was he holding onto weapons at his hips with a belt. Also why was he wearing elbow and knee pads? He reached up to his forehead to find a bandana wrapped around his head as he took the ends he saw that the bandana was a color red.
Suddenly the man that had given him the clothes to wear that was a leather jacket and a pair of black pants as well a skull t-shirt reached out his hand to help him up, Katsu looked like he didn’t really trust him. However, he then grabbed the man’s hand and he was helped up so that he could get dressed. “You still haven’t answered my question. Where the heck am I? Also how do you know my name?” He asked with a little edge to his voice. “No need to worry Mr. Katsu, you are alright and I would like to welcome you to Tenebrae. I know many things. There are people that here that friendly so I am assuring you that everything will be fine.”
“Alright….” Katsu said unsure still as he got dressed making sure the belt still hung on his hips and the sai at his sides. Katsu then followed the man out of the train car and walked with him out of the sewers. He then walked with the man up to the surface.
